We want you to be completely satisfied with your Orient timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and tags that were included in the shipment.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
